Refund Policy

All payments on NeuroFans are prepayments for access to content and Platform features. Please read this Policy before making any purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind about using the service.
  • You disliked the generated content.
  • You did not use the service to its full extent.
  • Your account was suspended or banned for violating the Terms of Service or AUP.
  • More than 24 hours have passed since the payment.
  • You have already downloaded or used the purchased content or credits.
  • The payment was made in cryptocurrency (all crypto transactions are final by nature of the blockchain).

2. Refundable Situations

We will issue a refund if:

  • Technical Platform error — a verified fault on our side prevented you from accessing content or features you paid for (confirmed by server logs).
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment system error.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours — you cancel a subscription within 24 hours of payment, and you have not used the service (no content generated or downloaded) during that period.
  • Prolonged outage — the Platform was unavailable due to our fault for more than 48 continuous hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@neuro-fans.com with:

  • Your account email and username.
  • Payment amount and date.
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request (with supporting evidence where applicable).

4. Processing Time

Requests are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 banking days thereafter.

5. Currency

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange rate differences are not compensated.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us at support@neuro-fans.com may result in immediate account suspension and being blacklisted from future registration. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and seek reimbursement of associated fees.
