Complaints & Content Removal

NeuroFans takes all reports seriously. You do not need an account to submit a complaint. All reports are handled confidentially.

1. What You Can Report

  • Content that depicts you without your consent (deepfake, NCII).
  • Content involving minors in a sexual context.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Content violating our Acceptable Use Policy (bestiality, incest, violence, etc.).
  • Harassment, threats, or stalking.
  • Fraudulent or phishing activity.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

Option A — Email

Send a detailed email to support@neuro-fans.com including:

  • Your name and contact email (for our response).
  • URL or description / screenshot of the content.
  • Type of violation (select from: minors / deepfake / copyright / violence / harassment / other).
  • A detailed description of the violation.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, documents, ID confirmation if the content depicts you).
  • A statement confirming the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Option B — General Contact

Email support@neuro-fans.com with subject line REPORT: [type of violation].

3. Response Times

  • NCII / minors / clearly illegal content — removed within 24 hours of verification.
  • All other reports — acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 7 business days.

We will notify you by email once your report has been actioned.

4. Confidentiality

Reporter identity is never disclosed to the content uploader or to the public.

5. False Reports

Submitting a knowingly false complaint may result in suspension of your account and potential legal liability for damages suffered by the wrongly accused party.

6. Appeals

If your complaint was rejected and you believe this was in error, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing appeals@neuro-fans.com. See our full Appeals Procedure.

7. Law Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement agencies may submit official requests to support@neuro-fans.com. We cooperate fully with lawful requests and provide data as required by applicable law.
